Terms and Conditions
1. The eGift Cards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the beneficiary indicated on the eGift Card at the time of purchase of the voucher.
2. Hotel guests can redeem eGift Cards for the full amount of the accommodation during their stay at participating hotels or resorts of Intelier Hotels that participate in the promotionparticipating in the promotion at the time of redemption.
3. Guests who are not staying at the property may also redeem eGift Cards for experiences at participating hotels, including food and beverage at selected restaurants or other hotel amenities. For more details on participating establishments, please contact the hotel.
4. Gift cards are redeemable for any pay-at-the-hotel rate available through the Intelier Hotels website (https://www.intelier.com), excluding negotiated rates. Negotiated rates (including volume, group, contracted, agency or other rates that have been pre-negotiated and agreed in writing, whether paid as a group or individually) are not eligible for redemption of gift cards.
5. E-Gift Cards may be used for more than one transaction; the amount paid will be subtracted from the total voucher amount.
6. E-Gift Cards may be combined with other payment methods. Charges in excess of the value accrued on the voucher may be settled with all major credit cards accepted at the hotel or resort, as well as cash.
7. E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and have no value until redeemed.
8. Intelier Hotels and its hotels and resorts are not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Cards.
9. E-Gift Cards are not transferable and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, raffled, promised or promoted as an incentive or prize by a third party as a lure for other persons or entities to participate in commercial or other arrangements with a third party. If an electronic gift card is obtained through any of these methods, it will not be considered legal and will not be valid.
10. Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please refer to your eGift Card for specific validity information. We regret that we are unable to extend the validity of the voucher under any circumstances.
11. Intelier Hotels may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Modifications will be effective immediately.
